We are a team of industrialists, engineers and students from various backgrounds joined together  few months ago to work towards environmental sustainability. Well, first wise question raises in your mind about us is, 'Why don't they work in existed organizations?' In our first steps, we are comitted to work in our area where no other NGOs established especially in semi-urban zones and villages of Andhra Preadesh, India. As a first step in achieving our vision, we are commited to make Andhra Pradesh an eco-friendly state.  

At Georakshan we’re passionate about making people aware about ecological imbalance, climatic change & its consequences, being environmental friendly, sustainable living etc., We organize seminars, workshops, debates on environmental related topics for students, urban residents, rural people and make them aware about environmental issues. We initiate unique and 'impact' projects so that every section of society will be able to understand on what we are striving for.
